OUR VILLAGE:
Following 16 years of service, Msgr. Joseph Topping retires and Father Joe is assigned by San Diego Bishop Leo T. Maher to St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Center to create a “preferential option for the poor.”

FATHER JOE:
Father Joe hands out peanut butter & jelly sandwiches as the new director of the St. Vincent de Paul Center.
