At Guest Services, visitors and residents are offered information, referral assistance, resource guidance and hospitality services in a professional and efficient manner. Partnering human service agencies, such as Travelers Aid and Legal Aid Society, offer services on site. At the Village Day Center public showers, hygiene items and clothing vouchers for residents and non-residents are offered. In addition, a free monthly veterinary service is offered to community members with pets.

Impact:
More than 36,000 showers, 5,800 referrals for shelter, 1,800 clothing vouchers and 480 referrals to legal services are provided to neighbors in need each year.

Of the 5,903 clients served, 100% had their basic needs met in a clean, safe and stable environment.
