The Paul Mirabile Center (PMC) opened its doors in 1994, the third facility to be built on the Village’s three-block campus. The three-story, 50,544-square-foot center is positioned directly across 15th street from the Bishop Maher Center. Total cost of construction was $8 million. Gifts from Joan Kroc and San Diego developer Paul Mirabile provided foundational funding for this center.

- Transitional housing for 350 single adults: 270 men and 80 women
- 2,000 meals served to residents and members of the community daily
