Livability Report
Father Joe’s Villages is committed to working with local agencies to design an affordable housing program that will promote safety, stability, and a healthy community for residents and businesses in the downtown area. As part of this commitment, the Development Staff of FJV has researched best-practices for these types of programs, and compiled them in a report titled Effective High-Density Affordable Housing Developments for Low-Income Households.

AHAR Report
The City of San Diego was one of 80 cities to participate in the first Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR) requested by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Based on the collaboration of St. Vincent de Paul Village and the Regional Task Force on the Homeless, the following report is aggregated data representing a three-month statistical snapshot of the homeless population within the City.
